our youth system
Our approach to youth training is all about building strong, confident athletes from the ground up. For ages 10 and up, we focus on proper movement, strength fundamentals, and athletic development in a fun, supportive environment. Every session is coach-led and designed to meet kids where they are—challenging them safely, keeping them engaged, and helping them grow not just as athletes, but as confident, capable young people.

Where it all begins. Our Junior Conditioning class for 4th–5th grade athletes focuses on learning how to move, building athleticism, and having fun through age-appropriate training. All skill levels welcome.

MIDDLE SCHOOL TRAINING.
Leveling things up. Our Middle School Strength & Conditioning class for 6th–8th graders builds on the basics with more complex training and an introduction to weightlifting—while still mixing in a wide variety of movements to prepare for high school. All skill levels welcome.

high SCHOOL TRAINING.
Train with purpose. Our High School Strength & Conditioning class for all high-schoolers focuses on building sport-specific strength and performance—adding more weight training with smarter, more focused programming tailored to each athlete’s level. All skill levels welcome.
